Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is sent automatically by email once your order has been shipped.

Please keep an eye on your tracking link after dispatch. It will show the most up-to-date information available from the postal service or courier.

Delayed or Lost Packages

All orders are shipped with tracking, and your tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Most packages arrive within the estimated delivery window, but international shipping can sometimes experience delays due to customs, holidays, local postal services, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears delayed, please don’t worry — you are not left to deal with it alone. Contact us and we will help look into the situation with you.

If tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time or the package has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, we can raise a claim with the postal service or courier and request an investigation. Please note that postal investigations can sometimes take several weeks, and in rare cases up to 3 months, depending on the carrier and destination country.

However, we do not expect you to wait indefinitely. If there is still no clear update or solution after 30 days from the expected delivery date, we will work with you on a fair solution, usually by offering a replacement where possible.

If the carrier officially confirms the package as lost, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address, refused package, missed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package from the postal service or courier.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders are shipped from the Czech Republic.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their country.

Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.

For orders outside the EU, customs rules vary by country. Please check your local import regulations if you are unsure.

Packaging

Every Shark Heritage order is carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard shipping box, without the use of plastic packaging.

We want the unboxing experience to feel meaningful from the moment your package is opened. The first thing you’ll see is a gold story card sharing the origin of your piece — including the fact that it features a real fossil and how old it is.

Under the story card, your jewelry is placed inside a custom Shark Heritage jewelry box with our logo, ready to be opened, gifted, or kept safely.

Whether you are ordering for yourself or sending a gift, each package is prepared with care so the piece feels special before it is even worn.

Returns

We want you to love your Shark Heritage piece. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • unworn
  • in their original packaging
  • returned in a condition suitable for resale

Please make sure your return is packed securely. We cannot refund items that arrive damaged due to poor return packaging.

We also recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending your return.

Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
