At check-out, you’ll be able to choose from 2 ways of shipping, based on how quickly you need you package. It will also give you an estimate how quicky each way can get it to you.
You can choose from National Post Priority Tracked package which we offer for only 7 EUR worldwide.
If you’re in a rush you can upgrade your shipping to
DHL Express GoGreen Tracked package which takes only 1-3 business days anywhere.
You will receive an automated email notification when you place your order and another email when your order has been dispatched. If you don’ receive any of those, please check your spam folder, it’s probably there.

If your loved one is far from you, we can also ship directly to them! At check out, simply put your information as the “bill to” and the recipient as the “ship to”.
We can also include a message from you completely FREE of charge. You can let us know in the notes you’ll find at check-out.

Returns
Don’t worry, if for any reason you’d like to return the item, it’s simple & easy, no questions asked!
Please contact us at info@sharkheritage.com beforehand notifying us that you would like to request a refund. We accept returns within 30 days.
All items must be in their original packaging and unworn to qualify for a refund. Please ensure items are adequately protected when returning as we cannot refund items that have been damaged as a result of poor packaging.
Please obtain proof of postage for your return order and if you’re shipping from outside the EU make sure you ship it as a “return of goods” so the package doesn’t get stuck at customs.
Any charges we are charged because of wrong custom slip labeling will be deducted from your refund.
